Duties in General:
Provide customer service to property owners and tenants, negotiate new leases and lease renewals, rent collection, approve payables, provide monthly financial reporting, complete annual budgets, manage vendors and tenant improvement projects.
What is your favorite thing to do in your position?
Interact with property owners and tenants, problem solving and provide support to other property managers within VPM.
What do you like most about working with VPM?
I like the flexibility; more of a family mentality. I also like working alongside my co-workers.
